Minfy Technologies - Technical Project Manager (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

- The Project Manager will oversee and manage government projects from inception to completion.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracting, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with governmental agencies and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

- Ensure timely and successful completion of projects in accordance with contract requirements and government regulations.

- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government officials and contractors.

- Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with government regulations, standards, and contractual obligations.

- Stay updated on relevant laws, policies, and procedures.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including team members, budget, and materials.

- Optimize resource utilization to achieve project objectives.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to internal teams and government stakeholders.

- Document and communicate project milestones, deliverables, and changes.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project goals are achieved.

Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing government projects.

- Proven experience in handling government contracts, compliance, and regulations.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e. , MS Project, Jira).

- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances if required.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
