Roles and Responsibilities

• To maintain haul road.
• To supervise drills, dewatering pumps, lighting towers, dozers, road compactor, shovel, dumper operation during shift operation.
• Responsible for ensuring safety of man and machines.
• Responsible for administering first aid.
• Maintaining statutory diaries and records.
• To maintain good housekeeping in mines area.
• Responsible to assist shift in charge in shift operation and supervision for meeting quality and quantity of limestone with safety and good productivity.
• Marking of drill holes.
• Imparting Tool Box talk.
• Responsible for fencing of danger area.
• Responsible for supervising drilling and blasting operation.
• To Maintain drainage of the mines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ability to supervise fully mechanized shift operation of limestone mines for production and overburden & Top soil handling for maintaining safety.
• Good knowledge of Drilling & Blasting, manpower management, plantation work, Supervision of dewatering pumps.
• Good Communication and decision making skill, Team work and result oriented.
• Ability to motivate manpower.
• Should have experienced in Man power management.
• Should be Minimum 12th pass & should have Foreman certificate of completion
