Accountable for solution delivery or solution confirmation for all CRM solutions to ensure best practices are followed and to ensure the solution is seamlessly integrated to existing solutions
Leads and coordinates the domain technical and customer discussions relative to future CRM architecture direction
Contributes to the customer strategy and ensures alignment with architectural strategy and business goals
Responsible for analysis, design, estimation, and development of roadmaps and implementation plans based upon a current vs
future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solution
Works closely with project management to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered
Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design, architecture, and development using Salesforce

Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives
Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services, and Marketing functions
Strong leadership and influence skills demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives
Requirements
Experience:
8+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect
At least 1 Salesforce Architect certification (i e, Application, System, B2C, B2B)
8+ yearsCRM experience with analysis, configuration, and Apex development of Salesforce solutions
Expert level understanding of Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Custom Lightning platform
Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies

Deep knowledge of implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, etc,

Deep knowledge of integrations using Salesforce using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth, and Single Sign-On
Deep knowledge of migrating changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like SFDX, Jenkins, and ANT
Working Knowledge with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, Triggers, Batch, Visualforce, SOQL, SFDX, OOP Concept, DevOps Stack (Jenkins, Ansible for CI / CD), and Ant Migration tool
Experience establishing the system, data, and integration architecture as well as a good understanding of middleware such as MuleSoft, SOAP, REST, and Web Services
Familiarity with platform authentication patterns
A good understanding of IT Architecture, design patterns and system limitations, and best practices
