As the Regional Head of eCommerce, you will spearhead our eCommerce strategy, driving revenue growth and optimizing consumer engagement across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative eCommerce campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end eCommerce solutions aligned with client objectives and market trends.
Drive penetration by onboarding new clients leveraging our eCommerce capabilities and expertise.
Lead and mentor a team of eCommerce specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with client teams to understand business goals and translate them into actionable eCommerce initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Engage with internal and external leaders across WPP agencies, technology providers, and eCommerce platforms to develop go-to-market solutions.
Lead the adoption of GroupM Commerce for new business and existing accounts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (12+ years) in eCommerce strategy development and implementation.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, preferably from Top Tier B-Schools.
