Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Developer to spearhead our field sales efforts. This role goes beyond traditional sales; you will actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and close deals that foster long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is personable, strategic, and possesses a keen ability to connect with clients and present tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their advertising needs.
  • Present Mindblue LLP s services and solutions in a compelling manner.
  • Develop customized proposals and strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with our service offerings.
  • Track sales activities, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and report progress to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:
  • Fresher
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends.
  • Experience working in a creative or advertising environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities.
