We are a dynamic company The Millor, in digital marketing platform and having our own podcast studio where famous ministers(MP &MLA) give their interview that specializes in creating high-quality visual content for a variety of platforms. We are looking to expand our creative team and are seeking a talented Video Editor to bring our vision to life. Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished video content for various projects including social media, promotional videos, advertisements, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet both creative and technical expectations.
• Ensure all edits are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain high production values.
• Work with sound and visual effects, color correction, and transitions to create cohesive and visually engaging content.
• Organize and manage video files, maintaining an efficient workflow and file storage system.
• Deliver projects on time and in a format suitable for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and others.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing software to continuously improve video quality and creativity.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Experience with motion graphics, special effects, and sound editing.
• Strong understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and compression.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with color grading, audio mixing, and video optimization for various platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other animation software.
• Knowledge of 3D editing or other advanced visual effects techniques.
• Experience with video shooting and camera equipment is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, techniques, and workflows.
