We are seeking an experienced and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in developing and customizing Odoo modules, with the ability to handle end-to-end project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.

- Configure and deploy Odoo solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

- Tailor existing Odoo functionalities to enhance usability and meet specific client needs.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services through APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for Odoo applications.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for Odoo implementations.

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.

- Stay updated on Odoo developments and contribute to the refinement of internal tools and processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (3+ years preferred).

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Odoo solutions for medium to large-scale projects.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficient in Python, with experience in Odoo frameworks and best practices.

- In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing.

- Strong understanding of Odoo's ORM, workflows, and QWeb templates.

- Experience with Odoo and its deployment workflows.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

- Proficient in PostgreSQL with experience in designing, querying, and optimizing databases.

- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

- Ability to customize Odoo's web interface for improved user experience.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

- Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with multi-company setups and multi-currency environments.

- Familiarity with Linux-based environments and server management.

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
