Description :
You will design beautiful and usable interfaces for Mobile and Desktop, help the design teams meet user's high expectations for quality and familiarity; be an advocate for pixel-perfect design, work with the development team to provide interface elements, icons, text styles, and uniform terminology across; work with the product team to identify emerging UI trends, and turn them into reusable patterns; develop and maintain a pattern library and documentation; advocate for UI standards and accessibility with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications :
- 2 - 5 years of design experience focused on unifying UI design across multiple platforms and projects-including developing, maintaining, and gaining adoption of pattern libraries.
- An excellent online portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work for mobile, desktop TV, and web.
- A proven ability to cultivate an environment of teamwork and cooperation.
- Ability to create high-fidelity comps, prototypes, and written documentation, and organize them into libraries that are easy and enjoyable for other designers to use.
- Extraordinary ability to advocate for UI consistency
- Highly skilled in Sketch, Photoshop, Keynote, and similar tools. Proficiency in Motion Graphics is an added bonus.
- Deep knowledge of the UI controls available in Apple and Android UI frameworks. Familiarity with the underlying technology that powers them and familiarity with accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices is an added bonus.
- Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
- A proven ability to interface with development teams to ensure correct UI translation from concept to production, and to solve design implementation challenges.
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Web, Graphic, Communication design or equivalent.
- Clear and concise communication and organization skills.
- Highly skilled in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and similar tools.
