Role & Key Responsibilities :
- Drive AUM growth from marketing leads and advisor's existing network of clients
- Manage the investment portfolios of existing customers
- Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice
- Mentor and train junior advisors, ensuring alignment with the company's philosophy and client service standards
- Develop investment-related content for social media, websites, and customer-facing materials
- Represent the company in marketing & educational initiatives, including webinars, podcasts, live workshops and other promotional events
Skills / Required Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience as a financial advisor, financial planner, or in a related role, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth portfolios
- At least 4 years of recent experience working directly with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness & ability to represent the company publicly, including in social media video content
- Deep understanding of financial products and market trends
- NISM X-A & X-B, CFP or CFA certifications are preferred
- MBA degree is preferred
