Job Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential customers and guide them through the mortgage process, including home loans, loan against property (LAP), and other related products. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly update clients on the status of their applications and manage any concerns or issues that arise. Achieve sales targets for mortgage products, ensuring profitability and quality business growth.
2. Sales & Cross-Selling: Proactively cross-sell other financial products such as personal loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment products like mutual funds and fixed deposits. Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to implement effective product promotions and campaigns.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to continuously improve the product offerings and sales strategy. Provide insights on product enhancements and new opportunities based on client feedback and industry changes.
4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation for mortgage applications is collected and verified accurately to meet compliance requirements. Stay updated on the latest financial regulations and mortgage guidelines to maintain high standards of service and regulatory compliance.
5. Client Education: Educate clients about different mortgage options and the implications of various loan terms and interest rates. Provide financial planning advice to clients regarding mortgage repayment strategies and leveraging financial products for long-term financial health.
