Advanced NAND Technology CMOS Device PI

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Drive and lead the device technology development of state-of-the-art CMOS providing solutions that are compatible with the memory architecture.
• Set up TCAD and wafer experiments to identify best solution for CMOS requirements
• Align with Design on required performance parameters
• Implement solution, execute CMOS development project in accordance with overall project progress and and requirements
• Ensure that CMOS module is not limiting project milestones like sample start, qual release and volume ramp.
• Strong collaboration is required with product, probe, reliability, process, characterization, layout engineers and others.

Minimum Qualifications: Master s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of advanced CMOS experience, additional experience with NAND a plus

• Semiconductor industry experience is required, preferably in a top tier logic or memory company
• Good understanding of semiconductor devices, processes and characterization techniques is required
• Hands on experience with data analysis, device characterization and process integration is essential
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong record of planning and completion of complex projects
