Job Description

Fruzyme is looking for Microbiologist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Assist senior microbiologists in conducting microbiological experiments and research.
Perform microbial cultures, staining, isolation, and enumeration under supervision.
Prepare media, reagents, and samples for microbiological analysis.
Assist in method validation and testing procedures for microbial identification.
Document and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
Learn and use microbiological techniques, equipment, and instrumentation effectively.
Participate in team meetings, discussions, and training sessions on microbiological topics.
Support data analysis, interpretation, and reporting of microbiological findings.
Adhere to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines in microbiological practices.

We are seeking an experienced microbiologist to work as part of a highly motivated team ensuring the highest level of food safety through our entire supply chain from farms to finished product.
- Experience in a related field needed / desirable:
Should posses B.Tech Chemical or Biotechnology (or) MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology Degree
