Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential leads and market segments.
Utilize diverse lead generation techniques including email campaigns, social media engagement, cold calling, networking, and B2B strategies.
Qualify leads and gather essential information to assess their needs and suitability for our products/services.
Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate lead data.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement lead conversion and nurturing strategies.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize performance.
Stay current with industry best practices in lead generation.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role, demonstrating effective lead qualification and conversion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot).
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
