Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR consultant to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance HR processes, leveraging expertise from top consulting firms.

Key Responsibility:

- Develop and implement organizational design strategies to align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

- Business Development - Focuses on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming.

- Understands client requirements, is able to explain to the client the solutions being proposed and customizes basis feedback.

- Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored HR solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

- Conduct competency design initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.

- Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.

- Lead career path development projects to support employee growth and retention.

- Analyze HR effectiveness data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.

- Provide expert guidance on HR best practices to enhance team performance and collaboration.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in HR consulting services.

- Mentor and develop junior consultants to build a high-performing and knowledgeable team.

- Manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of atleast two out of the following: organizational design, performance management, competency frameworks, and HR effectiveness.

Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and project management expertise.

Attitude:

- Strategic, innovative, and client-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality HR solutions.

Qualifications:

- Full time masters in Human Resources or similar discipline.

- 7-10 years of experience in HR consulting, preferably with a background in Big 4 consulting firms.
