To increase business by deepening existing client relationships with cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Organizing customer meets/workshops/promotional events involving presentations & webinars
Providing clients with information on new and existing products and schemes by keeping oneself updated on the financial markets & products
Client on-boarding, Account opening, Portfolio review & reporting, prepare MIS and relevant reports as and when required.
Maintain customer contact and handle service issues & customer queries
