Key skills for the job
The Accounting and administrative assistant performs a variety of general accounting and admin. support tasks in an accounting department including:
1. Assisting in after/capital sales coordination.
2. Organizing sales appointments and travel plans of MD.
3. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
4. Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs i.e. Tally
5. Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
6. Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
7. Looking after the staff welfare, office maintenance, renovation work and daily needs.
8. Travel bookings & salary processing of the staff
