Role & responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities:

• Achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
• Focus on development of new KOLs and enhance the productivity of the zones/regions covered.
• Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
• Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.
• Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff
• Establish plans like the Field Coverage Plan, Sales and Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan etc.
• Monitor sales activity through tracking of sales MIS, formulate rolling sales plans to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Monitor stock inventories at hospital /retail pharmacies, monitor product usage patterns, coordinate with warehouse to prevent stock outs
• Ensure forecasting accuracy by driving feedback from sales team and with close coordination with marketing team
• Communicate key marketing strategies to the team and conduct group / individual interactions to check on overall understanding of the marketing strategy by field force.Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience as 2nd line.
• Overall experience of 10+ years in Pharma selling.
