Content Specialist, Metso Academy

Introduction:

Production Hub is a team of instructional designers/writers and content specialists as part of Metso Academy, Learning Design & Development team. The team is based in Vadodara Engineering Center, India.  We are looking for Content Specialist, Metso Academy, CNS.

This position will report to Manager, Metso Academy based at Vadodara, Gujarat , India

Team you belong to :

The team works in close collaboration Learning Design & Development managers, specialists, technical trainers and subject matter experts from Metso Academy and other parts of the global organization. The team is capable to produce engaging, high quality technical learning contents for all forms of training, ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos etc.

What You Will Do:

• Production of high-quality contents for technical training solutions, that are aligned with companys brand guidelines and quality standards
• The contents may include for example:
• images and illustrations
• creating and editing videos
• creating infographics
• producing eLearning courses based on storyboard/script
• creating animations
• rebranding and updating ppt presentations
• creating ppt presentations
• Collaborate with instructional designers, Learning & Development managers and specialists and other stakeholders in order to create content that meets the learning objectives
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Report the project progress according to agreed principles
• Participate in development projects related training and learning tools, processes and practices

Who You Are:

• Bachelor of Arts/Engineering/Communication/Marketing with relevant working experience of  4+ Years of Excellent skills in using Articulate 360 (both Storyline and Rise). Experience in other digital content development or authoring tools is seen as advantage
• Video editing skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Good knowledge and practical experience of Adobe tools
• Graphical designing skills and visual eye
• Organized way of working
• Good communication skills in English
• Capability to make decisions independently while working as a part of a team
