Job Description
- Formulation of Risk policies and independent carrying out of all activities related to Risk management function of the organization.
- Efficient co-ordination with internal departments, Regulators and other external agencies for Risk related activities.
- Conducting of the meetings related to Risk function and presentation to Committee/Board.
- Gather risk-related data from internal or external resources.
- Evaluate applicable laws and regulations / Circulars / guidelines / notices from Regulatory Authorities to determine impact on organizational activities.
- Create awareness amongst the management teams on efficient practice of Risk function.
- Educate internal staff on Risk Management topics.
- Handling Risk management related activities.
- Proven experience of having functioned as Risk Officer in a financial institution.
- In depth understanding of current trends and applications in Governance, Risk and compliance (GRC) domain.
- Identify and analyze areas of potential risk to business operations.
