Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Architect with over 10 years of expertise to lead the development and execution of automated testing strategies for our software products. This is a leadership role that requires extensive hands-on experience with test automation tools, scripting languages, and integration with continuous delivery pipelines.

Key roles and responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of reusable and maintainable automated testing frameworks.

- Develop robust, scalable, and flexible automated test solutions for functional, regression, integration, performance, and load testing.

- Define and establish automation test strategies and best practices.

- Ensure full test coverage, including functional, non-functional, and integration testing.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and define testing requirements.

- Continuously evaluate and incorporate new automation tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Resources who have good experience in Test automation tools used for Cloud apps as well as On-prem systems.

The candidates MUST have strong experience and skills in :

- Selenium (Python as a language of choice)

- Xray test management for Jira

- Performance testing (product / service)

- Test data management (product / service)

- Automation of SAP scripts as well as web-based application scripts

- Knowledge of Copado robotic testing

- Experience on Integration with Azure and CI/CD framework is desirable
