React.js Lead - Frontend Architecture (9-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in building high-quality, scalable web applications using React.js.

- Architect and develop complex React-based web applications while ensuring responsiveness, performance, and reusability.

- Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from design through development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code by adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring the implementation of best practices in React.js development.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code.

- Continuously evaluate and improve development workflows, processes, and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in React.js and front-end technologies and integrate new trends and practices where appropriate.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- 9-11 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.), with hands-on experience in creating and managing complex applications.

- Proven experience in designing and architecting front-end solutions using React.js.

- Comfortable with both class-based and functional components, hooks, and context API.

- Excellent understanding of clean code principles, TDD (Test Driven Development), and writing unit/integration tests (Jest, Mocha, etc.).

- Experience with modern front-end development tools and frameworks like Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and version control systems such as Git.

- Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and reducing bundle size.

- Experience with cross-browser testing and resolving browser-specific issues.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and delivering features iteratively.

- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team of developers, providing technical direction, and mentoring.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with state management tools like Redux, MobX, or Context API.

- Knowledge of TypeScript for front-end development.

- Experience with integrating APIs and RESTful web services into React applications.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

- Knowledge of front-end testing libraries like Jest and Enzyme.

- Understanding of back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, and MongoDB would be a plus.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience in collaborating with design teams.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting React applications.
