Position Overview:
Designation: The Chief Investor Relations Officer (CIRO)
Location: WFH but has to be based at Mumbai.
Education: Chartered Accountant or CFA.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 maximum 15 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Job Description:
- Candidate has to be a senior executive responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that enhances the company's visibility, credibility, and valuation in the capital markets.
- The CIRO serves as the primary liaison between the company and its shareholders, institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, ensuring consistent, accurate, and transparent communication of the company's financial performance, strategy, and growth prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic advice to the Global MD, Group CFO, and Board of Directors regarding investor sentiment, market trends, and shareholder expectations.
Investor Communication:
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company with the investment community.
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of financial reports, earnings releases, investor presentations, and other related materials.
- Manage quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and roadshows.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries from investors and analysts promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and address shareholder concerns, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Market Intelligence and Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and capital market developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on investor feedback and market analysis.
- Track and analyze the company's stock performance and valuation metrics relative to peers.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial disclosure and investor communications.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and communications teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives and integrate them into investor communications.
