Business Development Executive (BDE)

Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Business Development Executive to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth through the Salesforce ecosystem.

Role & responsibilities : Business Development Strategy:

1. Identifying and targeting new IT Clients.

2. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

3. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

4. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

5. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

6. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

7. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

8. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

9. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

10. Developing brand image and prequalifying brand with industry consultant.

11. Initiating action plans to approach and securing new businesses for the Division.

12. Contributing to the achievement of revenue and unit recruitment and client engagement through effective Marketing process management.

13. Increasing client retention and Hiring development strategy.

14. Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key clients and contractors within the IT & Non - IT industry.

15. Managing clients requirements for on-time delivery taking into account lead-times, product specification changes and client demand.

16. Managing every element of the process on an individual level remaining abreast with latest regulations, standards and good working practices within the industry in relation to Elevators.
