Key Responsibilities :

1. Development :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java-based applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

2. System Design :

- Collaborate with architects to design scalable and secure system architectures.

- Implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

3. Code Quality & Best Practices :

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, unit testing, and CI/CD practices.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing.

4. Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.

5. Problem Solving :

- Analyse complex requirements and design effective solutions.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

Technical Skills Required :

Core Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, including multithreading, concurrency, and functional programming.

- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).

- Hands-on with RESTful Web Services and API design.

Database :

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.

Tools & Technologies :

- Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle.

- Exposure to Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Other Skills :

- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
