Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy and objectives.
Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging email content, including copy, images, and calls-to-action, to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Segmentation and Personalization: Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted email campaigns.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and send times.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
List Management: Maintain and grow our email subscriber list, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Automation: Develop and manage automated email workflows, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure email campaigns are cohesive with other marketing efforts and brand guidelines.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our email marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, Brevo, etc.) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing metrics and reporting tools.
Content Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive email content.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

HTML/CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
Graphic Design: Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create or modify email visuals.
Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools and strategies.
SEO/SEM Knowledge: Understanding of SEO and SEM principles as they relate to email marketing.
