Job Title: Medical Coordinator (Oncology assistant / Physician assistant)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Coordinator with a background in the medical field and experience working closely with oncologists /Physicians. The ideal candidate should have expertise in assisting doctors with writing prescriptions, coordinating daily activities, scheduling meetings, and maintaining seamless communication between doctors and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist oncologists / Physicians in writing prescriptions for patients under their supervision.
- Manage daily one-on-one interactions with doctors, ensuring smooth coordination of activities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, consultations, and follow-ups for doctors.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per medical guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and hospital/ Clinic administration.
- Ensure proper workflow management in the oncology department & Other
- Assist in handling medical reports, test results, and referrals.
- Support doctors in organizing conferences, workshops, and academic activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

-Medical background (Graduate).

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience : 1 to 5 years
