Job Description:

- Strategic relationship management with all external vendors to get into and run critical contracts touching all facets of Plant HR i.e. Manpower, transport, canteen, admin, L&D, C&B (benchmarking) etc.

- Strategic Engagement - Plan and own strategic aspects of employee engagement.

- Devise engagement calendar basis needs of the site by understanding local nuances in terms of employee background (education, financial, local cultural preferences, and interventions basis gap analysis ETC.

- Understand the pulse of the floor by staying close to shopfloor members.

- Strategic partner for Plant leadership Team.

- True HR partner to all functions of plant, understand nuances of each function by staying close to nature of work, skillsets, talent requirement, changing needs as per dynamic business situation and utilizing the inputs to improve HR processes.
