Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This on-site role will involve leading the development of web and mobile applications, collaborating with diverse teams, and delivering high-quality code that aligns with our clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Integrate and optimize databases, including MySQL and MongoDB.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

- Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code adhering to industry best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tools.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems for performance and scalability.

- Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.

- Extensive experience with the MERN stack and modern web development frameworks.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Professional Experience :

- Proven experience in building and deploying web and mobile applications.

- Familiarity with Agile development practices.

- Ability to write high-quality, reusable, and scalable code.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
