Job Description:Nandivardhan Group is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer cum Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Company Director and Managing Director to create and execute effective branding strategies and visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and digital assets aligned with the brand's vision.
• Develop and manage branding strategies to enhance the company's presence in the real estate market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and consistent branding across all channels.
• Manage social media content and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices, especially in the real estate sector.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of branding and design initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and branding, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in branding and design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and adapt to feedback.
• Based in Mumbai and available for an on-site role.
