Job Description
Overview:We are seeking a Citrix Engineer with atleast 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be a Citrix engineer with a proven track record of supporting multiple Citrix farms.

- Responsibilities:Support Citrix virtualization solutions, including Citrix Virtual Applications Desktops, and Citrix Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other IT systems and applications
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Citrix-related issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Citrix
- Requirements:Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix administration and Server operationsGood understanding of virtualization and networking concepts
- Working experience on Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
- Good understanding of ITIL process and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Good to Have:Worked in a highly regulated environment
