Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Python, Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., FastAPI).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices that support our application architecture.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with React-based user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high code quality.
• Manage and optimize database systems (both relational and NoSQL).
• Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in backend development using Python.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, asynchronous programming, and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, specifically React, to facilitate effective collaboration with the UI team.
• Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
