Required Qualification and Experience

Experience in the design and architecture of complex systems that include optimal performance, system availability, addressing security needs, testing strategy, code branching strategy, scalability on demand, system integration using web services, message brokers (Kafka), and experience in NFRs.

7+ relevant years of experience working with Java/J2EE tech stack.

5+ years of experience Agile SAFe ways of working and JIRA.

5+ relevant years of hands-on experience working with Spring Boot. Core Java, React or Angular, Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, Microservices, RESTful architecture, Junit, Sonar, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Experience with development tools like Git, Gradle, Maven, Sonar, Jenkins etc.

Extensive experience in setting up of integration of DevOps pipeline.

Experience in relational DB like Postgres, MySQL.

Hands-on experience with Microservices, and docker.

Working experience on Messaging brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ.

Job Description

Will need to work closely with Solution architects in Agile release train and design architecture in alignment with central tech strategy.

Fully own technical ownership of the application.

Bring in industry best practices (such as AI) to improve developer experience, efficiency, and system performance, reduce tech debt and improve overall user experience.

Ensure that the following are met w.r.t. application security needs, system availability, bug-free application, real-time system integration, data quality, NFRs etc.

Mentor technical staff to learn new tech stack and resolve issues hands-on where technical staff needs help.

Ensure best practices are followed in designing system architecture and data model.
