Job Description
Candidate should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts, tools and techniques. Also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. If you re a strong communicator, a capable leader and your re invested in Agile frameworks, we d like to meet you.
Responsibilities as Scrum Master
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Coach team members in Agile principals & frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from partner or other stakeholders)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams by building Scrum KPI dashboards, ensure team reflection & take team to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it
Requirements and skills : Scrum Master
Minimum 3+ Yrs Experience in a scrum master role, strong belief in Agile principals.
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, TDD, XP etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Certification: Scrum master, SAFe certification is a plus
Requirements and skills : ServiceNow QA
Experience in testing various modules within ServiceNow (ITSM | CSM | SecOps | LSD | CMDB , Integration).
Knowledge of workflows in various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalogue, IT Asset Management, CMDB)
Expert in of test automation using ATF and Java Scripts.
Expert in of test automation using ATF and Java Scripts.
Keep Management updated of progress or report issues.
Good to have Knowledge on Cloud Runner.
Good understanding of REST API s and API Testing using tools such as Postman /Soap UI.
Should be able to do Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies.
Expert in testing Service Catalog, Hub and General integration.
Knowledge on automation tools such as Parallel Testing , Selenium, UFT is an added advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
