Shift Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM (Canada Time Zone)

Work Model : Hybrid, requiring 3 days of work from the office weekly.

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced React JS Architect with over 15 years of hands-on experience in front-end development to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and Redux, and will be skilled in designing and implementing scalable web applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and knowledge of capital markets are advantageous. The candidate should also demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of complex web applications using React JS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

- Develop and implement best practices for front-end development, including coding standards and design patterns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Guide and mentor development teams on architecture, design, and implementation strategies.

- Ensure applications are built using JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and Redux, maintaining quality and consistency.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications :

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React JS.

- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and Redux.

- Proven experience in Agile methodologies and leading Agile teams.

- Knowledge of capital markets and financial services is a plus.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and manage multiple priorities.
