HVAC Design Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Independently handle HVAC design projects from conceptualization to completion.
  
• Conduct heat load calculations, chiller plant room designs, ventilation layouts for basements, piping design, and prepare detailed design reports (DBR).
  
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards and local building codes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers on HVAC system design.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in HVAC design engineering with a degree in B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of air conditioning systems, chillers, ducting, piping layouts, and ventilation principles.
