Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth, developing new client relationships, and creating opportunities for new revenue streams.
- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building strong relationships, and helping the company expand its customer base and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through various sources such as networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media.
- Conduct market research to understand potential clients' needs, identify gaps in services/products, and propose new business solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client business goals, challenges, and opportunities to offer tailored solutions.
- Engage with senior executives and decision-makers to present and promote the company's products/services.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain ongoing communication to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to target new markets and increase revenue in existing markets.
- Present the company's value proposition effectively and tailor pitches to address the unique needs of each client.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and successful deal closure.
Business Proposal Development:
- Prepare customized business proposals, RFP responses, and quotations based on client requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Ensure that proposals align with company offerings and are competitive in the marketplace.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success) to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales implementation.
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, lead generation campaigns, and content that supports business development efforts.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
