Job Title: E-commerce Designer (Graphic Designer)

Job Summary: The E-commerce Designer will be responsible for designing and executing visually engaging and effective e-commerce experiences across multiple channels. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling e-commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually engaging e-commerce experiences that drive customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty across multiple channels, including desktop, mobile, and app

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, key account managers, to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical requirements

- Execute designs across a variety of channels, including e-commerce sites, email marketing and social media

- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into design strategies

- Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and user experience, and test designs to validate their effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Preferred: some experience in e-commerce designing, preferably in the consumer goods industry

- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Coral Draw and others

- Excellent visual design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing for cataloging images

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
