Job Description
- Utilize data from multiple sources to develop realistic, insightful dashboards and actionable recommendations
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual data processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing the platforms for greater scalability
- Apply global standards, models, and templates to drive consistency in analytics
- Implement and validate solutions in close collaboration with IT, managers and field employees
- Lead the development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation of projects
- Liaise with global and other regional teams for efficient sharing and strategic adoption of learnings and capabilities
- Ensure the adoption and training of tools and ensure the coordination with other Centers of Excellence (CoE) and regional teams
- Completion of higher education, e.g., business, economics, computer science or healthcare
- Strong quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach
- Proficient in Tableau, Python and SQL applications
- Strong understanding MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization
- Ability to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Experience in Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sectors
- Experience designing data simulations and predictive models
- Eager to learn & develop
- 5 + years of analytical experience
