Job Description
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and Analyze model performance and data accuracy.
- Use software design principles to Develop production ready code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate models.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques: supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning. Good knowledge in Time Series Analysis and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python. Must be an expert in writing Machine Learning code.
- Working experience with full-stack web development (Flask, Panel).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Spark.
- Hands-on experience in state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning as applied to large-scale datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks and libraries (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NLTK).
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques. Strong Math background.
- Solid understanding of feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS).
- Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools and CI/CD (Github).
- Expert in deploying and monitoring ML models.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
