Job Title : Regional Sales Manager - North
Location : Delhi NCR
Skillset/Experience required:
1. Medical devices (non capital equipment), equipment sales
2. Prior proven experience of handling North India
3. Team handling experience
4. Similar product lines like Gastroenterology meshes, stent is highly preffered
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals within the assigned territory, with a focus on Delhi and surrounding regions.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. Utilize findings to develop sales strategies and tactics.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and government authorities in the Delhi region.
5. Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales volumes, revenue targets, and expenses accurately for the assigned territory. Monitor performance against targets and take proactive measures to address deviations.
6. Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase product awareness and drive sales in the Delhi market.
7. Customer Support: Ensure excellent customer service and support to existing and potential clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities within the Delhi territory.
A9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and other relevant metrics for management review
