Job Description: Medline India is looking for a developer with strong experience in building Low Code applications using OutSystems platform. The developer will effectively use strong technical experience to contribute to support, development, and solution delivery phases of application development. Responsibilities: Design and develop business functionality in multi-tier web solutions while improving code quality and infrastructure. Build scalable, unit testable solutions for our website applications and do code reviews. Work across all phases of the software development lifecycle (planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and support). Communicate effectively and efficiently with all associates and business contacts and promote a strong sense of teamwork. See the big picture for interconnected systems, building resiliency, and when your solutions move to production how they will be operationalized/monitored. Optimize web application speed / performance. Collaborate with internal customers to determine the most efficient, cost-effective approach to meet their business requirements. Work Experience: Overall 5+ years of custom application development and support experience Required Skills: 2+ years of hands on experience in OutSystems development Strong knowledge of database design, stored procedures, functions etc. 1+ years designing and developing REST APIs Proficiency in C#, .NET, HTML, and/or Javascript Exposure to JIRA and BitBucket/Git for source control a plus Practical understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns in a web environment Cloud first architectures (AWS, Azure, Cloudera, etc.) a plus Log aggregators (SumoLogic, Splunk) a plus Experience with SAP, HANA, and/or Vistex a plus Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar Strong analytical skills to debug complex problems and curiosity/passion for technology Great understanding of Web Performance measuring and how to optimize (APM) Great collaborator and communicator with teammates and business partners Good written and verbal language skills (English) Educational Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field Or equivalent work experience
