Sr. Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will engage in comprehensive data analysis, contributing significantly to key projects and driving actionable insights. You will work with a variety of data sets for business optimization efforts. Responsibilities:
Simplify and automate reporting / data processing
Conduct root cause analysis to uncover underlying data patterns.
Create complex visualizations to illustrate key data insights.
Collaborate closely with business units to identify data needs.
Optimize data processing pipelines for efficiency.
Participate in feature engineering for improved model performance.
Implement advance data science techniques such as AI and ML wherever applicable
Mentor junior data scientists and share knowledge within the team.

Skills:
Advanced Data Analysis: Proficient in conducting complex data analyses.
Machine Learning: Practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms and applications.
Python and R: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with R for statistical computing.
Data Visualization Tools: Skilled in using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
SQL and NoSQL: Advanced querying skills for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Predictive Analytics: Applying predictive analytics for business insights.
Communication: Effective communication of complex data findings to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Strong team collaboration skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
