Receptionist

The candidate should have the following responsibilities: -

• Receiving Calls, Answering customer questions
• Attending Visitors
• Maintaining patients Records
• Guiding and advising patients, guests
• Create and manage both digital and hard copy filling systems.
• Maintain telecommunication system.
• Should be able to answer inquiries regarding the services delivered at the clinic.
• Maintain data on Patient Management System.
• Assist the clinic in scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Patient / Customer care
• First point of contact for patients
• Ensures smooth clinic operations
• Manages records, answers calls
• Patient scheduling
• Providing friendly & professional service.
