Shift Time : 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM 

Cab Facility : One way cab drop facility is available

Week off : 6 working days

Work Mode: Work from Office

Requirements for this role include:

• Educational Background: A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences, Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT), BHMS, or B. Pharm is required.
• Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with MS Office Suite is necessary for effective communication and documentation.
• Experience: Previous experience ranging from 0 to 2 years in medical records summarization or a related field is preferred.
• Medical Knowledge: Possess excellent medical knowledge, including a strong grasp of medical terminologies and complex disease conditions.
• Analytical Abilities: Display a keen analytical mindset, enabling you to process and extract key information from medical records.
• Flexibility: Adapt to varying work schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts, to ensure continuous coverage.
• Attention to Detail: Showcase a meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy and quality in summarizing medical records.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and discussing medical cases.
• Self-Driven: Exhibit self-motivation and a proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
• Quality Focus: Prioritize quality in all summarization tasks, ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Timeliness: Consistently meet deadlines and deliver on-time summarization of medical records.
