We are focused on providing complete treatment support for diseases like Blepharitis, MGD, Dry Eyes, CVS & similar other ocular conditions with our wide range of first- time introduced products. These concepts are well established and getting high acceptance by Ophthalmic Doctors.

Division: Eyecare/Ophthalmic Pharma Division of Waypham India

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales target achievements - Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
• Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT
• Ensure complete compliance of distribution processes & activities.
• Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management.
• Daily reporting
• Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc. / B. Pharma / D. Pharma
• Strong communication to converse with doctors in the specialty segment.
• Super-Self motivation, go-getter & can-do attitude.
• Excellent Communications Skills are mandatory
• Passionate, Task Oriented with high commitment Values.
• Interpersonal Skills
