Medical Coding - EM Team lead

Role & responsibilities: :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  
• Strong understanding of E&M Coding - Both IP & OP, exposure to procedural coding and denial management as well
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle Mutiple projects
• Has handled at least a team size of 20 coders
