Key Responsibilities:

• Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded our app
• Following up with them and converting them into leads
• Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information
• Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets
• Achieve talk time target

Key Requirements:

• 6months -6 years of Inside Sales / Tele Sales or Customer support ( Outbound ) experience
• Education Qualification - Clinical/Medical Background(Advantage) OR Any Graduation
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi
• Good interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• An Excellent Team player
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Knowledge of MS office
