About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Trainer to design and deliver training programs on programmatic digital marketing, ensuring employees gain expertise in campaign execution, audience targeting, real-time bidding, and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training on programmatic advertising across different skill levels.
• Develop engaging, up-to-date learning materials and hands-on exercises.
• Provide live demonstrations of platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, etc.
• Collaborate with teams to align training with business needs.
• Monitor learning outcomes and continuously improve training programs.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising.
• Strong expertise in Google Marketing Platforms, DSPs (DV360, TTD, Verizon, etc.), and campaign execution.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies and certified in DV360, CM360 preferred.
• Passion for training, mentoring, and fostering a culture of learning.
