We are seeking a CGI Production Artist with 1-6 years of experience in texturing and lighting for CGI projects Freshers with a growth mindset to quickly learn new software can also apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Texturing and Lighting: Apply textures and lighting to 3D models to achieve photorealistic or stylized effects, enhancing the overall visual quality of the product.
• 3D Model Creation: Design and build 3D models of products environment, and objects, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet project specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with distributed teams in collaborative and productive manner to ensure alignment on project goals and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. This includes organizing tasks and prioritizing work based on project requirements. Follow the instructions aligned with good individual performance as well as team performance.

Required Skillset:

• Artistic Proficiency: Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and texture mapping. Ability to create both stylized and photorealistic textures is essential.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in utilizing various software tools (e.g., 3D Studio MAX, V-Ray, Photoshop). Familiarity with additional tools like Substance Painter or Z-Brush is advantageous.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is necessary to accurately replicate real-world materials and surfaces in a digital format.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot creative and technical issues as they arise during production such as adjusting textures or lighting setups based on project needs.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members across different locations to ensure seamless progress on projects.

Qualifications:

• Graduation: Degree in Graphic or Media Art
• A degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
