Executive - Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals)

• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements

• Assist in the onboarding process of new hires

• Address employee queries and concerns promptly

• Provide support with employee grievances and disciplinary actions

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events

• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

• Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed

• MBA in Human Resources or related field

• 0-1 year of experience in HR

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels

• Proactive and results-oriented approach

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
